Orchard Beach State Park - Manistee
Orchard Beach State Park "On Lake Michigan" is just north of Manistee along the Lake Michigan shoreline and is situated on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Manistee was a lumbering town and has preserved the Victorian atmosphere with its Victorian Village shopping district and lumbermen's homes. Join Us for Gorgeous sunsets on Lake Michigan, roasting marshmallows over an open bonfire, swimming, volleyball, self-guided hiking trails are adjacent to the park, sightseeing, biking trails, boating, fishing, jet skiing, horseback riding, sailing, the Pier and Lighthouse are popular attraction near the park. Enjoy these popular activities or just lounge around and relax with new friends. Campgrounds include modern camping facilities with electricity with acres of forests and meadowlands along the shoreline of lake Michigan. State Park motor vehicle permit is required.
The cost of $62 include three days, two nights (sat & sun) at the camp grounds and food to prepare four meals - Two breakfasts and Two dinner. So pack your Tent or Camper and Join Us. Several people have offered to share there Tents and Campers for those that do not have them. Also Several people have Extra Tents and Equipment. State Park motor vehicle permit is required.

Our weekend away is a perfect getaway for relaxing, sunbathing on the sandy beach of Grand Traverse Bay, gorgeous sunsets, roasting marshmallows over an open bonfire, swimming, volleyball, hiking, sightseeing, biking on paved trails, boating, fishing, jet skiing, horseback riding, and sailing.
