MSP Social Club Purchase / Refund policy:

EVENT POLICY

Upon successfully completing the online or mail-in registration process you may assume you have a confirmed spot, and we will give you priority, however if for some reason we have sold out or oversold the event we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your payment.

All cancellations must be in writing, and mailed to: MSPSC, P.O. Box 2022, Farmington Hills, Mi 48333 and received by deadline date.

Current active (paid) members have first priority when making reservations.

bullet

Reservations must be made before the deadline date stated, or if no date is given, then at least 2 days before the event.

bullet

No refunds are given if you do not attend an event, league or trip.

bullet

No refunds will be given two weeks prior to the start of any sport league, warm-up clinic or lesson.

bullet

No refunds will be given 90 days prior to the start of any trip unless other wise stated in trip policy. When we use a outside agency we follow there policy on cancellations, all tariff rules and penalties will apply.

For events where MSP Social Club must purchase tickets, (sports, theater, special events, airline tickets and other pre-paid events) we follow the same policies as stated on these tickets.

There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks and you will not be registered for the events covered by the check.

bulletFor individual events requiring a deposit, you will not be confirmed until we have payment of the full deposit.
bulletYou must be paid-in-full to be placed on a team roster. We Do Not Hold Spots!
